ONLINE THERAPY IN WASHINGTON STATE

Services and Offerings

A space to slow down, reconnect, and heal.
I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, identity, relationships, or past experiences that still impact the present.

Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you—with compassion, curiosity, and care.

Mind and body therapy

Trauma isn’t just what happened — it’s how your body had to carry it. In our work together, we’ll go beyond talking, using EMDR, somatic practices, and parts work to help your nervous system feel safe enough to release what’s been stuck. You don’t have to force anything or figure it all out. As your body begins to let go, your mind can finally breathe too.

Therapy for Trauma and PTSD

WHAT IS TRAUMA? Stress is a normal part of life, but trauma is something deeper. Trauma is any overwhelming experience that leaves a lasting impact on how you feel, think, and relate to the world. It’s not just about what happened — it’s about how your nervous system experienced it, especially if you didn’t have the support or safety you needed at the time. Trauma can be loud and obvious, like abuse, an accident, or a natural disaster. But it can also be quiet and chronic, like childhood emotional neglect, growing up in chaos, or never feeling truly seen or safe. Because trauma is stored in the body and nervous system, it often shows up not just as a memory, but through emotions, physical sensations, beliefs, and reactions you can’t always control. Trauma doesn’t have to define you — and you don’t have to carry it alone. Healing is possible.

What is PTSD and C-PTSD?

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a single traumatic event, such as violence, abuse, or a sudden loss.

Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), on the other hand, stems from prolonged or repeated trauma—often in childhood or within relationships—such as ongoing emotional abuse, neglect, or captivity. It can include all the symptoms of PTSD, along with difficulties in self-worth, relationships, and emotional regulation.

Trauma can leave lasting effects on the body and mind, even long after the danger has passed.

It may show up as anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, shame, low self-worth, negative self-talk, depression, avoidance, being easily startled, emotional shutdown, or difficulty trusting others.

Both PTSD and C-PTSD are treatable. EMDR and somatic therapy help your nervous system complete what it couldn’t at the time, so you can feel safer, more grounded, and more fully yourself.
